There are 2 ways to set a rating on a book.
Going to the book edit page will give you a dropdown with all 11 choices, 1/2 star - 5 stars + no stars. Select and Submit.
In your library, browser dependant.
Internet Explorer - allows to set 1-5 stars by clicking on the star.
Firefox - click on a star once, gives full star rating, click on star twice, gives 1/2 star rating, click 3rd time, removes all rating.
Example
click on 3rd star = 3 stars
click on 3rd star agian = 2 1/2 star rating
