Topic:  Getting pages of code 0 / 8 read

When trying to load pages I sometimes get pages of code, hitting the refresh button does load the correct page but it has already happened twice today (within a few minutes) when I tried to load the Groups page.

This has happened to me a few times over the last few days and I don't know if it is a LT bug or a my computer bug. But I have only had the problem when on LT. Using Google Chrome and Windows XP.

This is still happening, various pages. Anybody else or is it just my computer?

edit to add that refreshing the page brings up the page I am looking for so no big deal;)

No, haven't seen it myself (XP, FF)

I haven't seen it either. What kind of browser and system are you using?

I'm using Google Chrome and Windows XP.

You might try switching to Firefox or IE for a while and seeing if you still see the problem.

Another idea is that it sounds like something is getting dropped in the transmission so that the browser doesn't recognize the code as html. Do you have a flakey internet connection?

The internet connection seems stable - a bit slow sometimes (I'm in the middle of rural Wales so don't expect it to run smoothly!) but I must admit that I don't know much about computers. I will try the other browsers (if I can find them!)

Found and logged in on firefox, but (as the pages of code is an occasional problem) I will just keep on using this and see if it fixes it.
