I finished the book this weekend and have to say it was a blast. Damn, damn good book. Congrats to the guys at Tor and Mrs Jordan. The Jordanson experiment worked. Well done Mr. Sanderson. To be fair: there were one or two things I didn't like, which is to be expected methinks. Full review will go up on our www.wotcast.com as per usual 3SeanieI'm refusing to buy it until its out in small paperback format. Its very hard tho, I wanna dive back into the world but I'm not letting myself go back there until the story is complete... 4belinthesuni was planning on waiting until it came out in paperback, too. But then i read Chapter One on Tor.com and couldn't help buying it. Like Marco said, a few things i didn't like, but all in all it was amazing. 5doshiamitI got a trade paperback, just like I did for KOD. I prefer it to the small paperback, mainly because of text size. I'm a little annoyed that they didnt release it for the Kindle right now. Would have made a great excuse for me to have bought one. 6glenlineI bought the hardcover because I read the books so much. I have already worn "Eye of the World" paperback out. I am on a re-read of the series at Winter's Heart (about the fifth re-read) and hope to buy the paperback version of The Gathering Storm by the timeI reach it. 7belinthesuni've had to re-buy EotW, too, and TGH. Both were paperbacks the first time around, and i guess they just weren't up for the extensive use i put them through 8) | AboutThis topic is not marked as primarily about any work, author or other topic.
