LT staffers sure make pretty babies.
CONGRATS to Mike, Rebecca and Lulu.
Lovely. I especially love her Erika Badu hat!
Rebecca looks exhaused but beautiful, and Mike needs to get out from behind the camera!
Congrats! I am also rather jealous of her adorable hat, and I love how pensive she looks in the third picture.
Congratulations! She's a beautiful and amazing bundle of joy. I swear, if we decide to have another, I'm just going to send Tim my resume because there must be something potent in the LT water ;-)
...there must be something potent in the LT water (#11)
It sure does seem that way. I'm starting to think the site might be able to sustain itself financially off the next fertility wonder drug.
Congratulations! She is adorable :-)
lol about something in the water at Library Thing. They say the same thing at my husband's work. His boss keeps (jokingly) threatening to stop hiring women because they end up pregnant... but so do the wives of the guys working there!
Congratulations! The fun is just beginning. I'm the father of two, many years removed from your latest joy. Best wishes, especially to Rebecca, who obviously did a majority of the work.
Love the name !! Welcome Miss Lulu and congratulations to Mom and Dad !! Parenting's been the hardest and the most fun thing I've ever done with my life!! The whole world will tell you how fast childhood goes by, I didn't believe it either. Treasure every moment !! May you have ten times the fun and one tenth the work !!
My grandmother was named Lulu (for Lucienne) and for that reason we have lots of little Lu biscuit boxes and suchnot, ie.,
She should definitely get a lifetime supply :)
Lulu is beautiful! Congratulations. My grandma was a Lulu too. She was a little wee thing, born the last of 17 children (her father was married twice), and was very premature. She was always a fighter -- managed to stay alive and healthy against all odds. I've always loved the name because of her. Sending good wishes your way...
Congratulations on the new baby! Looks like the cat is intrigued, anyway. Lulu is an adorable name for her.
Oh my... thanks to everyone. Can't look anywhere online without getting the waterworks going (:
Gotta say... this experience has been made infinitely sweeter by the fact that Tim/LibraryThing is allowing me 2 weeks paternity leave. Thanks Tim :)
Two DAYS, Mike. Two DAYS! Sheesh!
The new photos are wonderful—the cupcake and panda ones especially.
Congratulations on the new baby. She is quite beautiful!! Best wishes to all!!
I notice Lulu knows the same dance step as John's boys. Maybe they can take their act on the road!
33> OK, that makes more sense considering it was the 2 day mark when I felt adequately bonded and bored of staying at home. (; NOT!
36> Dance steps?
37> Where did the books go?
If you look at the pictures of John's twins, you'll see one where they have their legs crossed in an identical "dance step." It looks to me like Lulu knows that step too!

It was a photo from your blog of a bookcase filled with baby maintenance equipment. My uri obviously lost track of the picture though.
