Note: actually, some of Dee's paraphernalia got nicked in 2004 (albeit from the Science Museum in London and not the B.M.), though it was soon recovered ... so there IS some basis on which one could spin out a scenario of it getting into Wolf's collection!

By agreement (see"Rules and Discussion" messages 142-166), messages 6 through 11 above are to be ignored. Instead, the fololwing test is inserted:

"Wolf," Delaware said, interrupting his explanation of how he had arranged his display of ancient jade carvings. "I'm sorry to be rude, but everything you have here was illustrated in the issue of Antiquities Today I brought with me. Time is of the essence. We must retrieve the map and list of relics from the book you stored in the bank vault."

"But my dear," said Wolf. "It's 11:30 at night. The bank won't be open until 10 AM."

"We must get there as soon as it opens. How far away is it?"

"In your Lamborghini, Basel's only a half-hour or so., but there's really not that much urgency. We can't begin our adventure until my butler returns from Paris - he's also my pilot. Then, while he gets the Gulfstream ready, we can go to the bank.
