The Gildenhorn/Speisman Center for the Arts at the JCCGW

Arts & Culture
The Gildenhorn/Speisman Center for the Arts at the JCCGW is home to year-round concerts, engaging author events, enriching afterschool programs, gallery exhibitions, award-winning films and more.

The Gildenhorn/Speisman Center for the Arts is the home of the JCCGW BOOK FESTIVAL
The JCCGW Book Festival boasts one of the east coast’s most extensive collections of books and music of Jewish content for sale, including many popular and best-selling fiction and nonfiction books. Our unique store offers thousands of recently-published books, personally selected and reviewed by a volunteer committee of more than 20 community members.

Each year, we feature an elite and eclectic group of more than 20 authors who speak at programs such as lectures, breakfasts and luncheons, children’s programs, a book club brunch, and a kick-off event. This year our line-up includes Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, Ambassador Stuart E. Eizenstat, novelist Susan Isaacs, CBS correspondent Dan Raviv and many more.
