Description: Library service for the blind and physically handicapped. With the cooperation of authors and publishers, books and magazines are recorded on cassette and produced in braille and mailed free to our registered borrowers. The library also loans large print books and descriptive videos.

This is the only branch that will remain open after October 2, 2009, because it has independent funding.
