Description: The Philadelphia Museum of Art is one of the largest museums in the United States, and one of the world's great museums. Because of its size and location, it has hosted several recent major exhibitions that were not shown anywhere else in the US, most notably the Salvador Dali and the Frida Kahlo exhibitions. It also includes a wide variety of art from the US and around the world, both in the Main Building and the adjacent Perelman Building. The museum is easily accessible by car, or by public transportation from Northeast US cities via the nearby 30th Street Amtrak Station.
