Description: Carpe Librum is a used bookstore run by D.C. education nonprofit Turning the Page. Every item up for sale has been donated via book drives and other donations and all proceeds help fund the parent engagement programs Turning the Page runs with D.C. public school families year round. Turning the Page is a D.C.-based education nonprofit, dedicated to engaging D.C. public school parents to be more active and effective participants in their children’s education. Carpe Librum has thousands of gently used books, CDs, and DVDs up for sale (all items $1-$4!) so stop in to check out some good books at great prices for a fantastic cause!
