Information: Take a book...leave a book! The Little Free Library of Twinbrook is an Official BookCrossing Zone. Please "like" us on Facebook.

How to Donate Books:
1. For 1-3 books, simply leave them in the Little Free Library when you stop by for a visit. Be sure to take some books home for yourself!
2. For 4 or more books: Pack books into a plastic bag. Add your first name (or a screen name) on a note with your books (so I can say thank you). Seal the bag well and leave it on top of the flagstone counter near the front door. Mark the outside of the bag "Little Free Library book donation".
3. Limit your donations to one bag per week so I have time to register the books you bring.
4. Please do not leave magazines, textbooks, library books, proselytizing literature, or books with loose pages.
4. Thank you in advance!

I usually leave some sidewalk chalk on the shelf under the Little Free Library. You or your kids can decorate the flagstone walkway by using this chalk. :D

This LFL is now equipped with a tap light so it can be used during evening and night hours without issue. The light is on the top right side of the box interior. All I ask is that you turn off the light when you leave as the light is battery run. Thank you!

LibraryThing members are collaborating to find and record all the "Little Libraries" in their communities and the world.

Little Free Libraries

Begun in 2009, Little Free Libraries are community gathering spots designed to facilitate the free exchange of books, usually demarcated by a small wooden box in any given neighborhood. They can be found worldwide.

Bookcrossing

Bookcrossing hopes to give every book a unique identity so as to to promote and track the free exchange of books from reader to reader. Bookcrossing-friendly zones will help register and number new books as they get them.
