(more)since 2005. He is one half of the Sleek Geeks (ABC TV). Earlier this year Dr Karl received the Guinness World Record™ for the ‘Most Interviews on Radio in 24 Hours by an Individual’ after speaking to 62 radio stations on Thursday, 6 November 2008, at the launch of Science is Golden. Dr Karl’s book is based on his popular Good Weekend column, ‘Mythconceptions’. This Lecture is presented by The Centre for Public Awareness of Science and part of the ANU Public Lecture Series 2009. ANU would like to thank Harper Collins for this Canberra Event. Dr Karl’s book will be available for signing from the ANU Coop Bookshop Stand after the lecture.
