Currently Reading is one of your Collections. Books you list in your Currently Reading collection will also be listed on your Profile page.
[edit] Adding and removing books to/from Currently Reading
You can add or remove the Currently Reading status for your books the same way that you add and remove books for any collection. There are several methods:
[edit] From your catalog (Your Books):
In your catalog, find the book you want to add to or remove from Currently Reading, then click on the 'set collections' 
icon in the right-hand column. This will open a drop-down menu: collections that already contain the book are highlighted in blue. To add this book to a collection, click any collection name that's not already highlighted in blue. Note that books have to be in your catalog to add them to Currently Reading; see the Add Books help page for instructions on how to add books to your catalog.
To remove a book from a collection, click any blue-highlighted collection to deselect it. Note that books have to be in at least one collection, so you may need to add it to a new collection before removing it from the old one.

On the main work page, under "book information," you'll also see the icon. When you click on it, you'll see a drop-down where you can select collections to add or collections to remove, using the same methods described above.

You can also change collections from the "Edit Book" area, which you can find by clicking the 'Edit Book' button on the Work Page, or by clicking the pencil icon next to the book in your catalog. In Edit Book, you'll see a section for Collections, which you can expand to see all collections. From there, you can add or remove collections for a book by checking the box next to the collection name, then clicking "Save" to record your changes.
[edit] To view the books in your Currently Reading collection
Click the Collections button in your catalog, and select Currently Reading in the drop-down menu. This will change your catalog view to show only the books in Currently Reading. To change your view to see other collections, click on the Collections button again and select a different collection.
