This page shows you all of the reviews you've written, as well as a list of other LibraryThing members' reviews of books in your library.
You have to have a book in your library in order to review it. You can write a review either on the edit page for a book, or else in the catalog view if you have "Review" as one of the visible columns.
[edit] Your Reviews
Each of your reviews appears in its own box in this column. The default is to display 30 reviews per page, with the prev/next links to navigate. There is an option to "show all", although if you have a lot of reviews, this can take a while to load.
Each box contains the title and author of the book as you have it entered in your catalog, as well as your review, the rating you gave a book (if applicable), the number of other reviews LT members have written for the work, the date you wrote the review, a link to the book edit page, a 
permanent link to your review, and a count of how many "thumbs-up" votes your review has received. Clicking on either the title or the number of other reviews will take you to that book's main work page.
You can choose to sort reviews by date written (most recent first), number of "thumbs up" (most thumbs first - subsorted by date), or alphabetically by title. Clicking on any of these categories a second time will reverse the sort. The sort is sticky - that is, this page will remember the last sort you used, whether here or on a work page.
There are also links to feeds of your reviews in RSS and HTML format.
[edit] In Your Library and Reviewed by Others
All of the same information and options available for your reviews (except edit) are available for other people's reviews. Additionally, there is the option to give a "thumbs-up" vote to any reviews you think are helpful, and to flag any reviews that are not real reviews, or are violating the copyright policy (i.e. a copy-and-pasted professional review). Although you can change the sort of each column independently while you are on this page, both columns will change to the last sort used on either column when you leave the page.
[edit] Other People's Reviews page
When looking at this page through someone else's profile, it is essentially same as viewing your own reviews, except there is no option to edit.
This page also has the top navigation bar with links back to your home, profile, connection news, recommendations, statistics, tag cloud, and author gallery.
