Nice and terse, but the students in our class that uses this book really don't appreciate that: they want to skim, and often miss the one-critical-sentence-where-the-author-tells-you-something-important.
We also had a lot of trouble getting his environment to work; it's pretty annoying having to reboot the machine to test code, and I think I'd be tempted to use an emulated environment or virtual machine next time I teach the subject. ( )
