Critique: This is a good informational because it uses shapes to reach the readers to teach them about shapes, angles, and where shapes can be found. Characterization: The Triangle is the protagonist in this story as he attempts to fight against the antagonist situation. Media: Acrylic airbrush and colored pencils on bristol board A good story for math lovers and or strugglers. The Greedy Triangle is laced with humor and an interesting way for children to learn about shapes. The triangle who is the "main character" is turned into many shapes such as a quadrilateral, pentagon, or hexagon. Its a great picture books with vibrant illustrations of all the shapes. This is a good book about vocabulary. This books is more for a math class but it has wonderful geometric vocabulary. I would use this for a read aloud. Genre: Informational Media: acrylic air brush and colored pencils Age Appropriateness: intermediate, middle no reviews | add a review
