I found this first edition to be excellent in explaining fibromyalgia and all that is associated with it. It also give great pictures for those visual people too. Sometimes it can be very overwhelming at first when you are very new to this disease but after a while you seem to settle down and give the information time to digest some of it at least.

This was the first book given to me after I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and it's been invaluable ever since. Highly recommended for those with fibro, their loved ones, doctors, medical students... ( )
