I made one that was just killer - Quinoa and Spinach Soup. And it was even better the next day! I made another that was only so-so (at least to my taste buds). That was Savory Tofu and Vegetables over Tomato Couscous. The tofu dish was okay (although I wasn't crazy about the marinated artichoke hearts) but we really didn't like couscous cooked with canned tomatoes. Never again on that one!
So many other recipes look really good, though. There's a recipe for Homemade Ginger Ale I'm dying to try. There's a recipe for Pepper-Crusted Cashew "Goat" Cheese that looks so good. I just can't afford the cashews at the moment!
I wish there were pictures with every recipe. The pictures that are in here make everything look so good. ( )
