The layout of the book is the best part. The main section of the book is subdivided by months of the pregnancy, and those months are further subdivided by week. The book tells you in very short and sweet terms what's going on with your baby each week, what is happening with your body each month, what changes to expect, and how you might be feeling. At the end of each month is a chart that lists when to call a doctor or go to the ER. There is a separate section of the book for the more scary information, which I like. I do not need to know every potential rare thing that could go wrong. However, if something does, I need only to flip to the next section. The book also contains information on childbirth and the early months with baby. Since it is a Mayo Clinic book, I feel confident that I'm getting the best and most current information available.
