All of the recipes I've tried have turned out deliciously-- particularly the empanadas de viento, which I highly recommend. I also appreciated the bits of personal history that the author includes: in addition to being a great resource in the kitchen, it's actually a fairly interesting read! ( ) no reviews | add a review
