Getting no less weird and yet still there are some very obvious plot lines. Still withholding judgement. ( )

Having acquired super strength, speed and agility as unwilling test subjects of Ben Franklin's evil son, Graham and Brody rarely find occasion to use their powers in their new lives as assistants in Franklin's Philadelphia print shop...until unrest over Britain's new taxes on the colonies stirs. The increased presence of redcoats also brings Graham's lost love, Isabel, to the city, but their escape to Africa is thwarted by a jealous suitor. ( )

Summmary:
Years have passed since Graham and Brody escaped the bonds of slavery with a powers kept as a secret. But when the streets of Philadelphia erupt in violence, Graham and Brody must decide to either use their fighting powers to aid the growing rebellion for a tax collector or to quell. They decided to use their extraordinary powers, but fail to realize someone was watching.

Personal Extension:
I can't relate to this book because of the violence and threats. This book is definetly not a read aloud to children.

Classroom Extension:
1. Have the students work as a group to create their own graphic novel of their ideas.

2. Present their novel to their peers, using stage play.
