It was a sweet story. I liked Jefi and Shepherd, and Adrian seemed a decent ghost-vampire. Still, I mostly felt detached from what was happening. When Adrian was grieving his lovers, I didn't really feel the sadness -- since I don't really know him or his beloveds.

Good story... sadly didn't really work for me, though.
