I don't usually go for self-help titles but this one reeled me in with it's bright cover. I've got to say it all made sense and wasn't overly hippyfied. A great book for people who want to be more effective (and it's got me over my inherrent distrust of self-help literature and the people who write them) Well done Tony Schwartz, Jean Gomes and Catherine McCarthy!
