Loading... The Hollows Insiderby Kim Harrison
None. see my review on my blo: http://dislocatedreality.blogspot.co.uk/2012/01/hollows-insider-kim-harrison.htm... It was a handy reference to the Hollows and it's inhabitants to date.It gave tidbits and not too many spoilers, (but some are there!)from a very minor character. I admit that I gave a snicker or two with the summation of the problems he had with Jenks and his family. no reviews | add a review

Harrison uses a fictional character as the narrator for the information contained in the companion guide, which is an interesting take on assembling what is essentially designed to be a manual of information so that the reader doesn't have to go back and re-read every book in a series to remember the little details that will inevitably crop up in a new release.
Though it isn't comprehensive - which the method of telling the story through an outside character accounts for why it isn't more detailed, to the guide's detriment - it's still a fun "Insider" book that fans of the series will enjoy reading through. It could certainly use an index (it's supposed to be a Hollows encyclopedia after all), but I enjoyed the design enough to make up for the missing elements. (
