Great characters, fun dialogue, interesting story. I love her trilogies and quartets because we have a chance to get to know the characters. I could see almost from the beginning how the couples would pair up, but that just makes it fun to watch the sparks fly. Another thing I loved about this book is that the character with children was the heroine of the first book. Usually in her series, the single mom is the last of the friends to be paired up. Speaking of single parents, I *would* like to see a book with a single dad... I mean, these aren’t great books, but they’re perfect for reading on the beach while trying to keep three kids from dying. Three strong. handsome, single brothers work to restore an Inn in their quaint hometown, with help from three strong, beautiful, single women. It’s a trilogy. What will happen?! First book of a trilogy and I will not be reading any more of the series, esp. after reading some of the reviews of the next two books.....just more of the same. It took me forever to read this book as I just couldn't get into it...until the last and then the pace picked up. Too much sex and too much language (which doesn't add to the book at all) was a huge turn off. no reviews | add a review

The historic hotel in Boonsboro, Maryland, has endured war and peace, changing hands, even rumored hauntings. Now it's getting a major facelift from the Montgomery brothers and their eccentric mother. As the architect of the family, Beckett's social life consists mostly of talking shop over pizza and beer. But there's another project he's got his eye on: the girl he's been waiting to kiss since he was fifteen... No library descriptions found. |
