Het is niet mijn genre, die fantasy. Ik vond het boek te dik, soms warrig, soms saai. Maar er zaten ook mooie stukken in vol verlangen (naar de overleden vader). Het boek begint met een cliffhanger die aan het einde niet is opgelost. Maar dit was dan ook nog maar deel 1. ( )
