In this series Ethan and Isabel have to go back in time to help save the future from the Goddess of Chaos Lathenia. ( )Since this is the sequel to The Named, i of course am going to like it. But don't read unless you have read the named! In The Dark the Order of Chaos has stepped up it's efforts to change history's timeline. They have also specifically targeted Ethan and Arkarian for their actions in their most recent conflict. The Dark picks up almost immediately after the events of The Named but this time our featured narrators are Isabel and Arkarian. It is very interesting to see things from Arkarian's perspective. Once again I've found this re-reading of the book even more enjoyable than I did the first. Uhg. By far the worst book of the Guardians of Time trilogy. The only reason why I finished this book was because I didn't want to be lost when I read the third book. Things that amazed the characters I seemed to remember hearing before in the first book. And it seemed to me that it took them soooo long to get where they were going, just to find out something they already knew. Maybe I expected too much from this book. I just thought the first book was so good and that thought spoiled this one for me. 0.037 seconds to build listing no reviews | add a review
