A beautiful woman awakens on a plane and discovers that things are going terribly wrong. The plane is about to crash into the Hudson River...and she can't even remember her own name. After she survives the crash, the airline determines that her name is Angela Sands. But she has no idea who she really is. Kind of wacky. Only a handful of massive logical flaws.

TOR usually copyedits their releases better than this, though. ( )

D*** my review disappeared. I'll try again.

I liked it. It was hard to decide on what genre it is though. I bought in from the sci fi section but it's not really sci fi. Nor is it urban fantasy. It's not really a romance although I suppose that is closest. The major part of the story however involves a woman with amnesia discovering that she might be reincarnated or possessed or what have you. There is a guy who helps her and they sort of have a thing but mostly it is about discovering who/what she is. There were some things that weren't perfect (interesting but random characters and inconsistent OTT powers) but on the whole the story held together. It was interesting reading about the heroine's journey to find herself.

The writing was fairly well done. Always a concern with a celebrity author although she did have help. But you won't find anything to really be upset with the writing. The plot was kind of out there but mostly made sense and flowed well. I would be happy to read a sequel which there seems to be room for but the story is pretty complete and satisfying as it ended even with a few questions left hanging. ( )

It was a pretty good read. Something you would read between books maybe. For me personally, it wasn't really the thriller it said it was. Had a kind of supernatural thing going to me. But it was a "light" read {compared to some of the books I have read..lol} But worth reading. :-) ( )

A couple of months ago I started watching "Ice Loves Coco" on E! and I heard Coco say she wrote a book, an actual story, what surprised me, is how much she loves to read in her spare time. But I guess it's wrong to judge people by their appearance and career and decided they don't have what it takes to read and write.

I can't wait to get her book and read it. Coco is sweet.
