An excellent intro to tech investing...and self-directed investing. Couple the ideas presented in this tape with reading Moore's Gorilla Game, the Tao Te Ching, Alan Dean Foster's "The Man Who Used the Universe", and daily use of the fundamental & technical services at finance.yahoo.com...and you too will be ready to move from mutual funds to individual securities! But, remember...moderation in all things. Think Amaranth. Think Enron. Think of the tragic levels of hubris in Bellerophon's flight, in building trade upon trade of gas futures, of buying and selling 'net bandwidth 5 years before Apple sells movies on iTunes. But I digress...or do I? ( )
