This was a great bounce back book in this series. I was not really happy with the direction the series was going. I was really worried about the next book but this book was very good. ( )

Good old fashioned detective fantasy story. Entertaining. ( )

I would seriously read an entire book about the Griffins. ( )

Really disappointed with this one. This book was the equivalent of a "filler episode" in an anime series (those who understand will understand). Even if you skip this one you won't miss anything. ( )

Now that the Lilith War is over, we are back to more case books. This one involves an immortal name Griffin who hires John to find his daughter.

Nothing in this book progresses the overall storyline, but it's still a very fun read. One thing I love about this series is it never has a lack of colorful characters. ( )
