One of the best books I ever read, and I read a lot. Just perfect. I don't have words to express it, you either love it or hate it and I most certainly LOVED IT molt addictiu, pero no és un bon llibre.. infantil i candidesa de la protagonista poc creïble.. l'he llegit per curiositat, és una trilogia però seguir em fa mandra Good read. Not sure it lives up to the hype and the "controversy" surrounding it. This sort of story isn't any different from the hundreds out there that women all over the world are reading. I'm not sure why it even made it as a segment on The Today Show. There are some editing problems -- the author is British, but the story is set in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Still, I want to know how Anastasia and Christian end up. Is it's Jane Eyre? No. Is it fun to read while on the elliptical? Yes. I did not enjoy this book at all. Not due to any moral objections or prudishness on my part, I was just bored silly. I had to skim through parts because the dialog was so stilted I was actually getting annoyed and that is not usually my attitude. The whole dominate/submissive sexual scenes, while very explicit, were boring to me. I've read less explicit sexual scenes that were steamier, perhaps because the build up was better and the attraction between the main characters where believable. I thought from the beginning of this book the whole instant attraction and Mr. Grey with the attachment issues was so contrived I wanted to quit reading this book early on. If it wasn't for the need to review it, I certainly would have. I rarely gives books such low ratings so to say I disliked this book is an understatement. no reviews | add a review Is contained inFifty Shades Trilogy: Fifty Shades of Grey, Fifty Shades Darker, Fifty Shades Freed 3-volume Boxed Set by E.
