An attack from the Libyan dictator's WW2 collection of mostly German aircraft causes minor damage so Yonaga continues on its mission to seek out and destroy the enemy fleet. A subsequent submarine attack creates more serious damage and they are forced to put into Pearl Harbor for repairs. Returning to the base they had previously tried to destroy is quite ironic and fraught with anxiety. Ashore, Brent is lured by the nisei turned Sabbah to an ambush by another Arab fanatic. He survives but she escapes. On their return to Japan, she leads a sabotage attempt on the carrier in its dry dock. Repaired, the Yonaga sets out to attack the Libyan battle group that is destroying oil production in the Pacific. An excellent battle scene concludes this episode. ( )
