I had borrowed this textbook for my Introduction to College Chemistry class when the assigned text book did a horrible job at teach the material. This book was significantly better, well writen and easy to understand especially to those students who don't quite get chemistry as subject.

This is my AP chem text book and it does a relatively good job of explaining things. The large number of diagrams and sample problems is really useful. The language ("changanese" can be difficult to decipher, but well worth it. (
