Disambiguation notice
The original edition of this book was published in 1935 by Tuttle Publishing. It was reprinted in 1966 by Academy Books of Rutland, VT and again by Academy in 1982.

The 1966 and 1982 printings are designated "Second Edition" and "Third Edition" on the title pages, but appear to be identical reprints of the 1935 edition.
