#26, 2006

I enjoyed this book a lot more than I thought I would, after just reading a few pages. It’s the first book I’ve read on the subject, although I have done some other Chakra studies in other ways. There’s a lot of info here, and I intend to work with some of the meditations and visualizations over the next few weeks. Worth reading, IMO. ( )
