    Guilty by Karen Robards (kathryngayle)
kathryngayle: I am the author of CONNECTED and I have to say that Karen Robards is one of my most inspiring role models. I love her work and as soon as she has a new one out, it's mine and it's read cover to cover. this was a truly wonderful book. the characters were intriguing and full of depth and vitallity. it was very easy to become emotionally connected to each of the characters and to empathize with them and what they were going through.although i don't usually read this type of book i was grabbed and pulled into the story from the first page. i found myself intrigued and fasinated by the " facts" in the story and the characters were a joy to get to know and watch them grow into their own. i also found myself rooting for the hero and heroine and booing the villian and then on the next page laughing out loud at something else.
the plot was also complex and stimulating and was not one of those that you could solve in the first 5 minutes but it left you guessing until the end as to who did what. a truely great story by a gifted writer. if this is the type of book that you enjoy then this is the book for you ( )
