Wonderful Coming of Age Religious Fiction

Milly Janzen Balzer has written an inspiring novel that is set in the Midwest. Young Hilda's faith is tested time after time and she must overcome her mother's passing, her ethnic background, and other struggles in her life. Staying true to her faith and finding out who she really is inside, will Hilda succeed? This is a wonderfully written tale, not only of life in the Midwest but also about religious beliefs. This is a truly inspirational read. ( )
