I was not a huge fan of this particular collection of poetry. The poems were about very random things and there was no coherence through out the book. There were only two or three poems out of the entire book that I enjoyed. ( )

The theme is creating new poems because the goal is to develop new poems. In the cover of the book it has like signs that take you different directions. The goal is to develop a poem by seeing a billboard on the road or listening to a word.

A good anthology of many examples of found poems by many well-known and popular children's poets. The book shows readers that poety can be found in the surprising and unlikely places. ( )
