Another brother is about a sheep who was an only child until his parents have lots more baby boys. All the attention is now placed on the younger children until they have a girl. Then the oldest sheep has his sister follow him around and give him attention. This book is about sharing with your siblings and friends. It could help children to learn to share.

Don't miss all the details - each little brother is an individual. Even the back cover has a bonus picture. A fun fresh take on a familiar theme. ( )

Great for a child waiting for a new sibling! Cute!

This book was cute in that it addressed what it sometimes feels like to be to be the oldest sibling (frustrating, annoying, amongst other feelings). But in the end, the oldest brother learns a lesson about being the role model, that he always had friends around! Then at the end of the book, as all of the brothers got more independent, He gets a baby sister! Overall very cute book to prompt a discussion on family dynamics! ( )

This book, written for younger children, uses a family of sheep to explain the process of getting a new sibling. the main character is worried about getting another brother, but after he arrives, the sheep enjoys having a new sibling around. this book could be very useful for parents to use to explain what will happen when they have another child. It is written in simple language with engaging illustrations for any child to understand. ( )
