This book caters to a very specific demographic; if you didn't grow up watching the same TV as the book's authors (so, late 20s to mid 30s), a lot of the references are going to go over your head. Apart from that, it's a fun pop-culture bathroom book about some of TVs bests and worsts; I'd imagine the book would be enjoyable for anyone who enjoys snarky sarcastic humor, pop-cult-iana, or the televisionwithoutpity.com website. The problem is, the best parts of the website don't translate as well to condensed print format. Reading it, there were some entries I wished would be longer, some I didn't really care about, some I laughed out loud at, but in general, the short encylopaedia format doesn't really give enough space for the typical TWoP snark to bloom. no reviews | add a review
