Not only does it tell about the things they saw there, it also gives information about the different animals. The pictures are veyr vibrant and colorful. A young girl's cousin takes her to the zoo for the day. She does not want to go because last time she went she was sad after seeing all the animals locked up in cages. She decides to go and she learns alot about all of the animals. She does not get to finish exploring the zoo so her cousin promised to bring her back another day and she was very happy that she went. This book is a great read for children in grades kindergarten through even fourth grade! The pictures are so vibrant and colorful! I would love to read this book to my class because it is all about animals and really good information on it. This book follows two children through the zoo. The children visit many different animals as they tour the zoo; however the book is filled with information about animals there and where they originate from as well as some other facts about them. This is a great educational fun book. no reviews | add a review
