I have used this cookbook for many years. The recipes are traditional but work now as they didnin the eighties. Most of my other microwve cookbooks have gone in the garage sale but not this one. ( )

This is the best microwave cookbook ever. I use it frequently to check times for steaming fresh vegetables. Harris provides recipes for all the usual cookbook recipe types (appetizer, main dish, desserts, etc.) and a chapter on other microwave tricks, such as de-crystallizing honey or softening stale rolls. I've given away countless cookbooks but this one is a keeper. ( )
