So, this is a collection of several motivational presenters. Some were good (the first - can't remember his name, and Zig Ziglar), some sucked (the person who claimed you could change the chemical composition of water through positive thinking), some were forgettable (the others). But I would read this again, I think. ( )

The Zig Ziglar program in this series is inspiring. The Laura Stack presentation on negative thinking was useful. Some of the others within this collection were underwhelming. Moreover, they really don't tie together under the theme of self-esteem. It seems the publisher had a set of programs licensed, bundled them, and found the best title they could muster. Positive motivation is always useful, but this program falls far short of many others I've enjoyed. ( )
