Even though there were a few grammatical errors in my Kindle edition, the information was very well-thought out. The author warns people of the possible pitfalls of moving to Florida, lest they move and get stuck down there without a way back home. Some of the laws in Florida are very advantageous to the average person, but the author makes sure to warn us all to thoroughly investigate the good with the bad. ( )
