Finally It all makes sense. The Book of Revelation described scripture by scripture. An amazing eye opening experience.

This book is an eye-opening experience for those that are truly seeking to learn more about the Book of Revelation in the Bible. The author Massegee goes through the complete Book of Revelation explaining in complete detail what all the chapters mean and why. As a young adult I was drawn to read the Book of Revelation in the Bible, however I was left quite confused. Coming across this book was a light in the darkness for me. As I do keep track of what goes on in the Middle East week by week through the news. Now I am able to make sense of a lot of what is going on in our current times and how it connects to this scripture in the Bible, and what it means for the near future.

This book took me a long time to read, as I had to stop to contemplate many times throughout the book. The Rise and Fall of the Antichrist is written in a simple and easy to read format, for anyone from young adult to the elderly to understand. In no way did this book hinder my understanding of the Book of Revelation, as there is nothing complicated about what Massegee has written here. If for some reason you don't get it or have reason to doubt what is in this book, then you are not reading this book for the right reasons. Any of those reasons which can be you are against God or are being deceived to what is going on around you. The first important thing I learned from The Rise and Fall of the Antichrist concerning the Book of Revelation is how the scriptures in the Book of Revelation are not only written in code, but the chapters are also not written in chronological order. This alone can confuse anyone who tries to read past the first few chapters, as happened to me. Massegee breaks it all down and even gives explanatory chapters to explain the books scripture by scripture. In the end it all makes sense to me.

What I found really scary is that after having just read former president Bush's biography (Decision Points) which is still fresh in my mind. I was able to compare former president Bush's writings about happenings in the Middle East which went on during his presidency and the Book of Revelation, with the help of this book. The building of the Mosque after 9/11, the symbols Muslims use, Islam, the Quran, Allah and Mohammad, plus more are talked about in this book. These happenings and more are all explained in this book for all to read and understand. I am so grateful to Massegee for writing this book and of course also to God for guiding him. For enlightening me and others that would like clarification. Not so we can believe, but so we can be prepared and have a watchful eye. I would recommend this book to anyone atheist, Mormon, Catholic, whatever your religion or lack of. But more importantly the Muslim community needs to read this book more than anyone, as they are first in line when it comes to being deceived. ( )

My mother has a habit of checking out the books I get in, and removing from my desk any she wants to read. Often I don’t realize it until I get ready to read it. This was one of those books. She kept it hid in her room until she was finished with it.

My Mother’s Thoughts:
The Rise and Fall of the Antichrist is one of those books that can’t be read in a single sitting. I especially enjoyed the fact that everything was backed up with scripture. A lot of research has gone into this book. I agree that we are living n the last days. Once my daughter has written her review and gives the book back to me I will recommend it to all of my friends and my pastor. This is a must read for all Christians and those searching.

My Thoughts:
One of my favorite parts of this whole book was something that has puzzled me and fascinated me from the day I first heard it mentioned. Hi section on what the number 666 means is very clear to me now. I’d never thought of the 3 sixes as standing for the unholy trinity. I also liked the explanation that seven is the number of completeness and Satan and the antichrist will never come near that so the number 6 is their number.

My mom was right. This is definitely one of those books that you must read and study. I have been fascinated with Revelations since my early years of sitting in church. I didn’t always understand what was going on, so I sat and read Revelations. I am a visual person so the pictures I painted in my head were often very literal and confusing. This book has done what all of my years of study have not been able to do, explain in a manner I understand, the End Times. ( )
