I also thought of Jennifer Government when reading the description of the cover... but the rest of the details don't match up to the plot.

Your description of the cover makes me think of Jennifer Government or Keeping it Real, but I haven't read either and I don't know if either plot will match up with your memory.

Just finished no. 46 yesterday: Jennifer Government, which was a fun, fast-paced book. Nothing special, but entertaining. Still reading Pamela, which might take a while. Also picked up Beyond the blue event horizon to read yesterday, since I loved Gateway and this is the sequel.

Just finished Jennifer Government yesterday, which was a light, fun read and started Beyond the blue event horizon because I read Gateway and loved it and this is the second part in the trilogy.
