This is a 44 page novella which I didn't expect to enjoy since I normally don't like them. This one was a pleasant surprise. Although I would have liked the story to be longer there were a lot of details packed in to such a short story. We learned about the main characters high school years as well as the 5th year reunion. We also learned about their life from high school until their twenty fifth reunion which was currently taking place. I didn't expect the story to end as abruptly as it did though and would have enjoyed it more if it continued at least a little longer. This book seems to be part of a series of books on the Class of 85 that is written by a variety of authors. I might give another book in the series a try but it wouldn't be at the top of my to be read pile.

Favorite Quote: "Her face beamed. "Absolutely. Let's do it." As Jane melted against me, I felt the sway of her hips to the slow, sensual rhythm of the dance. While I led her into the turns and all the patterns I'd learned, she spread her arms seductively just like my dance instructor and the professionals on TV. She was so hot, so willing, so with the music." ( )
