Up front, I need to say this book was written by my brother. who has been an amazingly successful businessman. I believe I have given an unbiased review of this book.

This book is written in an easy to understand format, not full of any "fluff." The authors get to the point and tell you how to implement these three commitment strategies immediately to improve your leadership skills. The principles can even be applied to any role of leadership--you don't need to be in the business field to benefit from these strategies. This is a fast, easy to read book that will walk you through integrating these techniques into leading your team to success. ( )
