Always Watch Your Back

The long awaited sequel “The Blacks: Love's Politics - New Beginnings” is finally here. When “Mrs. Black?” ended Cinnamon Brown divorced her philandering husband and married her longtime family friend Malcolm Black.

Malcolm and Cinnamon are newly married, happy and eager to begin a new life. But wherever Malcolm and Cinnamon go, drama always follows. When the couple return from their idyllic honeymoon, the newlyweds are pleasantly surprised to find Malcolm's name has been submitted in the mayoral race.

Shortly after Malcolm starts up his campaign, slowly people start coming out of the woodwork and slander the future mayor. Someone obviously wants Malcolm out of the race. As Malcolm prepares to throw in the towel, Cinnamon is adamant that he stay in the race. She's determined to find out who is trying to sabotage Malcolm and she plans to put a stop to it.

Cinnamon's writing career is skyrocketing but she has recently been threatened with a lawsuit against her regarding an article she penned. Now the Blacks are more perplexed than ever as they try to figure out who's trying to destroy them.

Will the Blacks ever find out who their enemies are? Find out the answers to the many questions the author poses. “The Blacks: Love's Politics – New Beginnings" is non stop drama from beginning to end. The author puts so much detail into each character and situation. I had a love/hate relationship with each person. Kudos! Angelia Vernon Menchan does it again.
