This book has all the information you might want to know about stars: how stars are different from planets and moons, how old stars are, how far away are the stars, how many are there, why they twinkle, what stars are made of, and so much more. This book describes stars in language that is generally easy to follow. The author sometimes uses scientific terms, but the terms are always bolded and defined in the glossary at the end of the book. I think that someone with little to no background knowledge of stars would still enjoy this book. Best of all, this book has beautiful images of stars and nebulas on each page! I would recommend Stars--the inside story for middle and high school students with an interest in astronomy. ( ) no reviews | add a review
