These two books are Dean Koontz at his best. The first relates the tale of Hatch - a man brought back to life by a brilliant doctor. Unfortunately this sets up a link between the revived man and a psychotic who believes he is 'Vassago', a demon from the underworld. This puts Hatch and his entire family in extreme danger. The book is riveting and the ending quite unexpected.

The second book, The Vision, deals with a clairvoyant who has linked up telepathically to a serial killer who will not allow her to know who he is but knows who she is. She feels if he gets to her he will kill her so begins a search for him. Unbeknown to her the killer is nearer than she thinks. An excellent book which holds the attention.

Both books are very easy reading and hard to put down. ( )
